“I called Tom on a bank holiday weekend when I could not get any heating from my system, he talked me through getting the heat pump running again over the phone even though it was late on a saturday, he called over on the sunday and found the problem was i had accidentally changed some settings on my controls, Tom showed me how to operate the system controls and ensured that the most efficient settings were used, I got him to service my heat pump and was delighted with my running costs to date only €500 for 14 months. The system was installed by the German company that built my house and I am delighted now that I have someone here in Ireland with the knowledge to be able look after it properly from now on.”
